Decaf Mexico - Medium Roast
Decaf Mexico - Medium Roast
An excitingly bright coffee that might surprise long time decaf fans! This is due to an innovation way of processing the coffee to remove the caffeine that preserves more of the original flavors (like you would find in a caffeinated coffee).
We tasted notes of chocolate, orange citrus, and butterscotch.
Quick Facts - Decaf Mexico
Process: EA Natural Decaffination
Roast Level: Medium (Full City)
Region: Esmeralda, Oaxaca
Brewing Tips: For this coffee, start with a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water. If you have a kitchen scale, this means 16g of coffee to 250g of water. If you don’t want to go that route, this roughly translates to 2 leveled tablespoons of ground coffee to 8oz of water. From here you can increase or decrease the amount of coffee slightly to fit your taste preferences. If you have any questions about brewing, let's chat! Note: Coffee is a crop, and once a particular single-origin coffee is sold out it will be gone until the following year. Check out the curated selection of coffees we are roasting now and grab a bag before it's gone!
